HOME PAGE

Compelling photography was a key element of Humana’s brand. One of my responsibilities was to find appropriate images which fit within our strict brand guidelines and adjust them to fit our wide desktop experiences. The photography needed to be engaging, optimistic, and reflective of our diverse audiences.



HELP WIDGET

Sometimes complex questions can only be answered by another human. I designed the help widget featured on both the public site and private member portal. Several variations of this feature were required to communicate variations in the availability of the call center, live chat operators, etc.


CHAT EXPERIENCE

Once a user selected “Chat with Humana”, they were connected with the appropriate care specialist through a brief survey (left). Then they would begin an active chat experience (right). This modal would appear in a separate window to allow free naviagte of the website, without exiting the chat session.


FIND A DOCTOR

At Humana, I delivered elegant, yet complex online forms. I often employed ‘required’ form fields, helper bubbles, radio button options, drop downs, etc. Lastly, specifications were always delivered for both desktop and mobile screen sizes.
